A driver is speaking with police after a vehicle crashed into an Auckland house overnight.
Emergency services were called to the address on Massey Road in Mangere East at around 12.40am today.
Photos from the scene show the black four-wheel drive had collided with the house, damaging part of the wall.
“Thankfully nobody was home at the time of the crash, however the property suffered moderate damage,” Police said.
The driver was taken to hospital in a moderate condition.
Police are speaking with them and are also awaiting the results of a blood test.
“Enquiries are ongoing,” police said.
