Rua Bioscience has reached a settlement with Australia’s Cann Group following legal proceedings initiated by Rua in February last year.
In an update to the NZX, Rua said both parties undertook mediation as part of the legal proceedings which had led to the settlement.
Both companies had executed new supply agreements to support their respective operations in the New Zealand and Australian medicinal cannabis markets. The commercial terms of the settlement were confidential and took effect immediately.
