One person has died following a workplace incident in the Christchurch suburb of Harewood this morning.
Emergency services were notified of the incident at around 9.15am, a police spokesperson said.
“WorkSafe will be advised,” they said.
Police would make inquiries on behalf of the coroner.

Harewood is an industrial suburb which is home to Christchurch International Airport.
