Drake has officially cancelled the remainder of his Australia tour and two concerts in New Zealand.

The rapper was due to hold back-to-back shows at Spark Arena in Auckland on Saturday, March 15, and Sunday, March 16 — as well as dates in Brisbane on March 4 and Sydney on March 7.

In a statement to Rolling Stone Australia, a representative for Drake confirmed the cancellation, blaming it on a “scheduling conflict”.

The spokesperson said organisers were “actively working” on rescheduling the dates and adding additional shows.

All tickets for the cancelled shows would remain valid for the new dates, while refunds would be available to those who wanted them.

“Please note that as these shows are sold out, any refunded tickets will be released for sale.

“We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Drake and the entire team have had an incredible time doing these shows and are excited to return soon.

“We look forward to sharing the rescheduled dates with you as soon as possible,” the statement said.

Drake had already played in several cities across Australia as part of the tour, including Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
