Travellers at Auckland’s International Airport may need to allow themselves extra time to check-in tonight due to “technical difficulties” with the system.
A spokesperson for the airport said the check-in system was having “technical difficulties” and check-in was slower than usual as a result.
“Technical teams are investigating and were working hard to resolve the issues as soon as possible,” the spokesperson said.
“We appreciate delays can be frustrating, and we apologise to anyone who has been impacted.”
Earlier today, there was a confirmed issue with Microsoft 365 which meant many New Zealand customers couldn’t access Outlook and Teams. Those services had come back online by 10am Thursday.
