PNP Farms NZ Ltd has issued a recall of its Angus beef sausages due to the possible presence of glass.
The recall affects PNP Farms’ Butchery brand’s Pure Angus Beef Sausage with a best before date of 17.08.25.
The sausages are sold at PNP Farms Butchery on 84 High St in Rangiora and PNP Farms Butchery Bush Inn on 20 Waimairi Rd in Christchurch.
“Affected product should not be consumed. There has been a report of associated injury. If you have consumed any of this product and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice,” the Ministry for Primary Industries said on its website.
Customers have been advised to return the product to their retailer for a full refund.
