A person has died and three others were injured following a single-vehicle crash on a farm in Central Otago overnight.
Emergency services were called to the property near Millers Flat about 10pm after a vehicle rolled, police said.
“Sadly, one person died at the scene.”
St John said it responded with one ambulance, one first response unit and one helicopter.
“Our crews assessed and treated three patients, two in a moderate condition and one in a minor condition who were all airlifted to Dunedin Hospital,” a St John spokesperson said.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Police will be providing support to the victim’s family.
