Today's NFL: Tom Brady Declares, "I Think There's a Lot of Mediocrity"

Fans of professional football, including seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, feel that the NFL has recently declined.

Brady explained on the Stephen A. Smith Show that coaching and regulation modifications are the key factors."

I think there's a lot of mediocrity in today's NFL," Brady stated. "It's not the same quality that it was in the past.

I believe that the coaching has decreased in quality."I don't believe that young players are developing as well as they formerly did.

Many negative habits have been incorporated into the game's actual play via the regulations."In my view,

the product is not as good as it previously was. I pay close attention to players who made a significant impact on the game,

such as Ray Lewis, Rodney Harrison, and Ronnie Lott. They would have been penalized for each hit they made today.

Brady, 46, has one Super Bowl championship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and six with the New England Patriots. He has won three MVP awards and five Super Bowl MVP honors.
