Taylor Swift is mourning the loss of one of her Swifties.
During the early hours of Saturday, Nov. 18, the "Cruel Summer" singer took to Instagram to pay tribute to a fan who died ahead of the Eras Tour stop in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil on Friday, Nov. 17.
"I can't believe I'm writing these words, but it is with a shattered heart that I say we lost a fan earlier tonight before my show," the Grammy winner wrote on Instagram. I can't express how devastated I am by this."
She went on to say that she had "very little information" on the death of the fan, whom she did not name.
Swift did, however, confirm that the Swiftie was female, saying, "she was so incredibly beautiful and far too young."
Despite her team's significant victory. This time, after spending some time with his mother
"I'm not going to be able to speak about this from stage because I feel overwhelmed by grief when I even tried to talk about it," she said.
"I want to say now I feel this loss deeply and my broken heart goes out to her family and friends."
