A meeting with lawmakers at Sen. Dick Durbin's (D-Illinois) office was reportedly part of the trip .
According to Durbin's office, the meeting's agenda included the XFL, a football league that Johnson owns a portion in, and military recruitment.
Additionally, the office of Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) coordinated the meeting, according to confirmation from Durbin's office.
