Colorado running back blames the Buffaloes' struggles on "selfish ball."

I had forgotten that former Kentucky standout running back Kavosiey Smoke was a member of the Colorado Buffaloes.

Having that sixth year of eligibility could have given him a little more clout in Lexington, but with former Vanderbilt standout Ray Davis.

Transferring over, Smoke needed to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, he was drawn by the Coach Prime hype machine, and Colorado puked in his bed.

Despite a 3-0 start, Colorado will end no better than 5-7 on the season. The Buffaloes are likely to finish 4-8, as they meet regional foe Utah next weekend.

Their most recent defeat, to a fading Washington State team, was particularly heinous.

– Colorado has been playing more competitive football recently, but having a 50-cent burger slapped on them in Pullman has everyone pointing fingers.

Smoke, who hasn't played much for CU, vented his rage on social media on Saturday morning.

– In the event that his tweet gets removed, most likely against his will, here is what Smoke had to say.
