Police have named the person who died in a two-vehicle crash in Auckland’s CBD on Sunday night as the investigation into the fatal crash continues.
He was 59-year-old Bhagwan Singh of Mount Eden.
“Police extend our sympathies to Mr Singh’s family for the loss they have experienced,” a spokesperson said.
Emergency services first responded to the crash on Upper Queen St, near Ian McKinnon Drive, at around 7pm on June 30.
An investigation into the circumstances of the crash remained ongoing.
