A pedestrian who was critically injured in a collision with a vehicle in Auckland’s Henderson on Sunday has died in hospital.
Officers were called to the collision on Lincoln Rd, Henderson shortly after 10am on Sunday.
The pedestrian was transported to Auckland Hospital in critical condition, police said.
“Sadly, police can now advise that the man succumbed to injuries and died in hospital on Sunday night, April 6,” a police spokesperson said.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family.”
An investigation was underway to determine the circumstances of the crash.
